So you've tried your hand at sculpting faces, but some things just didn't come out the way you imagined they would in your head. Or maybe you have never attempted to sculpt a head at all. Whatever the case, if you want to learn how to sculpt a Stylized and Appealing Female Face in ZBrush then this course is perfect for you.

A lot of the problems surrounding sculpting an appealing face have to do with having a great concept to reference and having a good understanding of the forms that you are trying to create, and a lot of it has to do with practice.

Well, that's exactly what this course is. It's a way for you to practice and study the sculpting of the face and head all at once while creating an appealing and stylized female face. Follow along in real time starting with a sphere and taking it all the way to a realized character.

In this tutorial you will learn the following:

  • How to sculpt a stylized female face in ZBrush starting from nothing
  • How to sculpt and produce clean and appealing forms
  • How to sculpt the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears of a stylized female character
  • How to render your sculpt using Keyshot
  • How to self-critique and push your work past your limits

And much much more covering real-time sculpting footage, quick tips and tricks, and how to better use your toolset to improve your workflow and increase productivity.

This course includes 5 hours of footage with voice-over, my personal Keyshot render scene, and all final ZBrush files of the character sculpted during this course.

Who is this tutorial for? Someone who already knows the basics of ZBrush and is looking to better their skills and productivity. If you want to sculpt appealing characters then this course is perfect for you!

Note that this tutorial is of an intermediate level and assumes that you already know the basics of how to use ZBrush. ZBrush 2018.1 is used, but the skills and tools used are available and transferable to other versions without any trouble.

A huge thank you to Dmitriy Panteleev for the use of his concept in this course. You can check out more of his work at https://www.artstation.com/shanryx
